"I called this Goldilocks location to inform them about the issue, but the staff was incredibly rude. All we wanted was for them to check their products in the refrigerator to prevent this from happening to another customer in the future. I don’t expect a refund; I just wanted them to be aware of the problem.
My mom also tried to call and explain the situation, but they hung up on her, which was extremely rude. The customer service was very unprofessional, and it's disappointing to have such an experience."
