"UPDATE: I recently returned for my first visit since my original review, and things went much better this time. This time, I went in as soon as I arrived, even though I was a bit early for my scheduled pick-up, which meant my order was still in progress. However, it was actually ready for the exact time specified in my app. I tried the Caesar Burger, which was different but enjoyable, along with the onion rings and a cheeseburger—both of which were significantly better than my previous visit. The staff was polite, and they even double-checked my order before I left to ensure everything was correct. I apologize for not taking any photos this time. If things continue to improve, I'll definitely be leaving a positive review and giving it 5 stars. I think two out of three positive experiences deserve recognition, and I'll remember to take pictures on my next visit!"
