"The food was excellent and arrived at our table promptly. The restaurant itself was clean and had a peaceful atmosphere. However, our server left much to be desired. He spoke very softly, making it difficult for us to hear him, and didn’t check on us often. We ended up eating half of our meal without any drinks, lacking both soda and water refills, despite our empty glasses being at the edge of the table when he brought our food. I observed other servers who seemed attentive to their customers, unlike ours, who also neglected another table he was assigned to. The hostess who seated us was unfriendly; she didn't smile or acknowledge us, simply leading us to our table, handing us the menus, and walking away without a word. She walked so quickly that I struggled to keep up with her. I believe some customer service training would greatly benefit certain staff members. Overall, the service was lacking, but thankfully, the delicious food made up for it."
