"We received absolutely the WORST service ever today at the Wayback Burgers in Titusville, Florida! My family and I have been going to this Wayback Burgers ever since the day they opened and usually, always receive good service, and when we do I am always the first to write compliments and call management to let corporate know how great of a job these individuals had done.....However today it was just a horrible experience, and it was bad enough that I WILL NEVER RETURN to this location EVER AGAIN! I have never dealt with such rude employees and not just one ALL OF THEM! At 4:53 pm we placed our order. My husband ordered a Double Bacon plain with a LARGE fry and drink combo, my son ordered the exact same except with O-fries (LARGE) Combo and I ordered a Buffalo Chicken Sandwich with a (LARGE) Onion Ring Combo. When the girl at the register Amelia) handed out the cups, she handed my son a LARGE and me a medium and didn't hand my husband a cup at all. When my husband inquired as to where his cup is, Amelia said You didn't order a combo he said, Yes I did and I told you a Bacon Double plain, LARGE fry, and LARGE drink She looked at him and just rolled her eyes and said Well you cannot get a combo when you order O'Fries What! That makes absolutely ZERO sense! What did my son's order have to do with my husband's order? Anyways we received no apology, no I'm sorry I made a mistake, no I didn't hear you, let me add that to your order. She was just downright RUDE!!!!! Amelia had given me a medium cup, even though I ordered a LARGE!! After I politely waited for the next customer to place their order, I then asked her for a LARGE cup when she copped an attitude with ME! Why? I was being nice, I wasn't being rude, but I was being treated like I am a low life.....What did I do? Why am I the bad guy? My family and I just wanted a quick dinner and now we are being treated like dirt. Whatever happened to good customer service? Our order well part of it) finally arrived at 5:15 pm (25 minutes later) and remind you it was just us and another couple who came in AFTER us in the entire restaurant....that is beyond RIDICULOUS! Needless to say, I did not get my Chicken Sandwich EVEN though I ordered it at the exact same time as my husband and son.? When my husband received his burger, he noticed there were no fries. He said to the girl in a very friendly tone, this was supposed to be a COMBO! A few minutes later a girl with green hair) came to our table and said You did not order fries and a drink that is why you did not get a combo...She said I can go ahead and ring a fry and a drink up for you if you want! Really, the TWO maybe THREE times that we said it was a combo didn't register with anyone? She treated us like we were trying to get something for FREE.. trust me we have spent hundreds of dollars at this Wayback, so we were definitely not trying to get anything for FREE My husband said No we have been waiting long enough for just two burgers, just forget it Now remind you, I still HAD NOT received my order yet. I finally went up to inquire as to where my sandwich was and a male employee (Derick) turned around and snapped at me and said M'am we are working on it ..... Working on it? It's been 30 minutes now and YOU still haven't made my sandwich? Seriously! At this point, I am at my wit's end with this place and I just ask for my money back. Well, apparently that caused a huge issue because the (green-haired) girl yelled at me.. We are almost done with it !!!! And then she went on to SHOUT at the top of her lungs SHE WANTS HER MONEY BACK she literally made a scene of it... all because I asked for a refund) I am just flabbergasted at this point......The male employee (Derick) proceeds to refund my money and he does apologize, but the apology was insincere and came just a little too late. I get my money back and I walked out and I will never return! In all my life"
