"I visited the restaurant hoping to enjoy a breakfast sandwich and a turkey sandwich with extra toppings, but I ended up feeling quite disappointed. The breakfast sandwich was lacking in flavor, with only the sausage and cheese standing out. As for the turkey sandwich, I specifically requested lettuce, tomato, and cheese, along with salt, pepper, and vinegar; unfortunately, they forgot the tomatoes, salt, and pepper. The sandwich was dry, and they didn’t even offer any dressing or mayo. To make matters worse, I witnessed the manager scolding one of the cashiers for prioritizing a customer's request to re-toast their bread over her instructions. Living in Islandia, I would have preferred to travel to the Bronx and visit a corner deli, where I at least know I would receive exactly what I ordered."
