"I approached the counter to explain my situation, and they instructed me to call the number displayed on the ATM. When I called, the phone rang, someone answered, but then they hung up on me. I then dealt with a very rude employee who I explained my predicament to, emphasizing that this was my only money for the day and asking if they could simply refund the amount taken by the ATM. After waiting through my entire lunch break and nearly half an hour, he finally managed to reach someone on the phone. Unfortunately, they told him not to give me any money and advised me to contact the ATM owner for reimbursement instead.
I had hoped for better customer service, expecting them to refund the money that was wrongfully taken from me, but that was not the case. Their customer service is severely lacking, and as someone who has done business with them, I believe customers deserve to be treated better. I will not be returning to this restaurant again, even though it is convenient for me."
