"As one of the few non-Russians at Oceana, I love Gourmanoff. Where else can you get some sense of refinement in all of Brighton? The book is great! People behind the counters are lovely. Keep it Russian as much as possible, though diversity is clearly democratic and has to be respected, since it maintains the ethnic flavor of the area. Who would want to visit if the area changes too much! I love being in Russia and Brooklyn dualistically. I love being an Italian in these two realities. The food is great; I don't cook anymore. And, how really cute is Café Inn!"
