"Reservations were for 6PM but was told table wasn’t ready and waited about 20 minutes. The waitress was pleasant and checked in with us throughout our meal but service was a little slow. Food was good but for the price we were not wowed. The ambience was nice and feel it’s good for meeting up for an occasion or night out with friends/family. But if you are a foodie this may not be your first choice."

"Our family have been obsessed fans of J.Law ever since they were in Bethel. It remains our #1 must-have, can't-miss, always-in-love-with-it restaurant in Greater Danbury, so it only made sense when it came time for my husband's 50th birthday party that we'd celebrate it there. Kelly and Clara (who handles events) were gems the entire planning process, always answering questions promptly and with a smile. We actually attended some friends' baby shower at J.Law previously, and we were so impressed, we did it for his birthday brunch. They allowed us to customize the brunch menu for our guests, do some fun add-ons, and helped us plan the decorations and theme. It was SUCH a fun event, done in the side room, and it was private but open. I couldn't be more enthusiastic about the J.Law team than I already am. Run, don't walk, if you haven't already."

"So disappointed. we ordered apps, drinks and 3 dinners. Our app and one of the dinners was GF. Our GF menu BBQ chicken nachos had 4 pieces of chicken, hardly any cheese and very little BBQ sauce. Most of the app was just plain chips. We ordered 2 regular dinners and one gluten free dinner. Our server disappeared so a different server brought our food over. Our GF daughter received her dinner from the server which is a huge NO NO at 110 Grill, all allergen dinners are served by a manager. And usually marked. Our dinners were cold when served. We sent them back and received them back and they were still cold. We just decided to eat them. We didnt have a very kind server and we seemed to be bugging her all night by merely being there so it wasn't worth the effort. The manager who was fantastic did come over and apologize for the GF mix up but here's the thing, my daughter has a pretty signficant allergic reaction to gluten...this isn't a diet choice by any means. We could have had a very ugly night had we not know the protocol at 110. Our server was more bothered by our comments on GF and our return of our cold dinners...who the heck wants to eat cold grilled fish and a cold cheeseburger and fries. Neither dinner was warm to the touch. We go to 110 Grill a lot and never have had an issue in Braintree or the I believe Rochester location. We have been to Plymouth 3 times and all 3 times have had an issue with the server and the correctness of the items ordered. This time we get to add to that list. Not sure we will be back."

"I brought my husband here to celebrate his Birthday and had high expectations based on prior reviews. While the manager was great at getting us a reservation last minute the overall experience was a disappointment. The restaurant is modern and clean. The hostess was friendly and immediately asked if we had any food allergies which is something more restaurants need to incorporate into the guests dining experience. We did not have a long wait time as others voiced while we were there. Due to our reservation we were seated immediately. The food was good but we felt somewhat over priced especially from the Chef’s Selection. The cocktails on the other hand were amazing! The bartenders clearly know what they are doing and it is well worth the money. I highly recommend the Margarita. In regards to service, it was subpar. I am not sure if our waitress had too many tables or she was just not attentive. She was nice but lacked when it came to checking on us or asking how our meal was. She never offered waters or bread. To be honest, she was absent. However despite her lack of attention, I did see her running around and working. So having been a former waitress, she earned her tip. There was also no mention of my husband’s birthday or asking if I’d like to do a cake or something despite having mentioned it to the manager and the hostess. I’d say there are many other new restaurants popping up that I would try before coming back."

"This is my favorite local restaurant, however here are a few items to think about: 1. Our Valentinis (2) were not served with cherries. 2. My red velvet cake did not come with chocolate drizzle. Our waitress quickly ran it back for the drizzle. SHE was WONDERFUL. Her name is Tina. 3. Another waitress came over to our table and greeted the men, but not the women. She new at least one of the women at our table. This does not represent good customer service nor good business. Her name is Karen."

"Waitress was terrible. Never checked on us the entire dinner. Didn't know what wines were available or what they were called. Not even half way into our meal which the steak was over cooked when I asked for medium rare, she decided to ask if we wanted dessert while we were still eating. And then after confusingly decline the offer for dessert she then proceeded to give us the check while we were only half way through the meal. Advise Rose be fired or taught how to be a waitress. Young staff looked unprofessional for being so expensive. Place needs work."

"Everything that could go wrong did while we dined. Service was dreadful and for us as one of the five tables in the restaurant we were ignored consistently. The appetizers were good although our group portions were noticeably smaller than the table next to us. I ordered the peanut butter burger or a well done charred piece of burger with a side of peanut butter. Of our group of six the server forget one meal, forgot it again 10 minutes later and proceeded to bring the meal with the ticket and forgot to remove it from the bill. This place is a horrible pick for a Friday night out on McKinney Avenue. To give a plus to the dining experience, the chicken and funnel cake was very yummy."

"Muscles were excellent. Melissa was great. Lobster stew is usually milk, butter, paprika, and Sherry. This was a Newburg sauce which tasted like flour and the lobster meat was fishy. Bread and butter were excellent. Beets in the salad had a funny taste and the cubes of feta were so big I had to cut them up… should have been crumbled . Goat cheese would have been better. We requested a window seat upon booking the reservation on line and then I also called and was denied yet there were 6 window side tables empty the entire time we were there. The location and decor were beautiful, but the actual food just didn’t measure up. Sorry."
