"Upon arrival at the restaurant, we were greeted by a warm and friendly staff. Without delay, we made our way to the bar where the bartender promptly prepared our drinks and handed us menus to select our food. Our drinks arrived quickly and our appetizers kept us satisfied while waiting for our main course. The drinks were delicious and the food was served promptly, allowing us to choose our desired seating area. Despite being busy, the staff remained friendly and attentive throughout our visit. Overall, we were impressed by the exceptional customer service provided by the staff."

"The service at this restaurant is incredibly poor. During my last two visits, I encountered two different servers, and both times the experience was disappointing. The first server forgot to bring out our food, so we ended up eating it cold. The second server got most of my order wrong and had us waiting ages for our drinks and the check while he chatted with his coworkers. Another customer even noticed us straining to find our server and mentioned that she hardly saw hers all evening as well. Applebee's really needs to improve its staff management, as it seems they could use closer supervision."

"Our waitress was incredibly nice and attentive, making our experience all the better. The food was excellent, and it's rare to find places that offer vegan and allergy-friendly meals without needing to alter the dishes entirely. I had the southwest chicken bowl, which was free from dairy, eggs, and soy, and it was fantastic. The manager also stopped by to check on us, and they were very gracious about us lingering and chatting for a few hours."

"Worst customer service and meal I’ve ever had in my life! I waited after calling multiple times got lucky if they answered and actually talked to me rather than being on hold for over 10 min. My food was supposed to be ready at 5:38pm. I didn’t receive it until 6:15pm! This was only after going inside and tracking an employee down to find my order. The hostess at the front didn’t acknowledge me as I was standing right in front of her, rather she was on her phone. My order was almost $70.00 for my family of 5 and she said she checked it, they still forgot stuff we paid for and our food was cold by the time we ate it and the fries seemed like they were stale. We only live 5 minutes from the restaurant! Never again will I give this place my money! Forget it! Your better off going to McDonald’s across the street… at least the food would be like warm! Let’s not even mention how filthy and run down it is. This place had a busted dirty diaper in the curbside pick up spot "
