"Our meal started with warm, soft bread served with whipped butter, which was delightful. The blue oysters were spectacular, definitely some of the best we’ve had compared to other places. It can be quite hard to find good oysters in the Phoenix area.
The modern clam bowl was a highlight! The broth was packed with flavor, and the quality chorizo and plump mussels were excellent. Surprisingly, this was my favorite dish of the night, even during happy hour!
Another standout was the Brussels sprouts, which were delicious. While the side dishes weren't bad, I felt that some busy seasoning on them and the Caesar salad made the meal less enjoyable for me, but that's just my preference.
Overall, this is a wonderful place to dine, with friendly owners who warmly welcome guests and professional service. I heard they're opening a new location in September, as this one will be replaced by more condos and apartments. It's a shame to see this place go, but hopefully, the new site will flourish!"
