"Everyone at Maple Kitchen was wonderfully nice and the service was fast and friendly. Dinner was very enjoyable, but I do have one criticism of the food that is supposed to be a taste of VT bounty , seasonal New England. There didn 't seem to an indication of this on the menu...which for dessert had the option for Strawberries in March...? The menu also doesn 't indicate where the food comes from at all. If it 's local suppliers wouldn 't you want that information on the menu? Also, the seasonal vegetarian pot pie just had small amounts carrots, celery and onion. It was tasty, but not much in the way of veggies and no indication of any seasonal vegetables at all. A small criticism of a generally good meal."
