"On Saturday evening, we went to Cold Stone after having a disappointing experience at HuHot Mongolian Grill next door. Unfortunately, Cold Stone was missing at least six flavors, and the cleanliness of the place left much to be desired. I thought HuHot was bad, but this place was even worse. It makes me wonder if this is a common issue in the mall or if staffing shortages are affecting everyone, though both restaurants appeared to have enough staff. I can't recommend this location, but I will say the ice cream was good, which is why I’m giving it two stars."
