"Was just here Easter Sunday after Church. I wanted to say even though it was a little busy there were 2 young men working up front who were doing a fantastic job. I watched one of them after he had all of a family’s food on trays then they decided they wanted it packed to go. He did not make a face, or say anything, did it quickly and smiled, then got back to us, his next customer. You only ever hear bad stuff about fast food employees, I wanted to point these young men out but unfortunately, I did not catch their names. This restaurant was well managed on this busy afternoon. "Samina, Akter, and Jose make an excellent team. Every time I visit this location, they remember my order right away and either begin preparing it or check to see if I want the same order again. The atmosphere is wonderful. I’ve noticed that sometimes customers come in after a rough day, but Samina and Akter remain calm and composed. I really appreciate the quick service, and I understand that it can’t always be guaranteed, but their attentiveness to customers is always deeply valued."

"My drive thru experience was ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!!! The young girl cursed, Yes, I said Cursed at me twice. Told me to repeat the Damn order, and that 's how I should have said it the first Damn time. So I went inside to see the girl, and when I saw she had a bunch of tattoos covering one side of her face, that explained everything for me. UNPROFESSIONAL!!! UNKEPT!!! UNFRIENDLY!!! NO CLASS!!! THEY NEED TO WEAR HAIR NETS AND PLASTIC GLOVES AND RECEIVE SOME MUCH NEEDED CUSTOMER SERVICE TRAINING TO SAY THE LEAST!!!"

"I am sure that a complaint must load the corporate offices over this location. it's very sad how bad this popeyes run, eating is so good, but the manager at this place is terrible! the cars are fed to the box to go loudspeaker, no one will come to take their order. "It's even years since I visited the Mathews La Popeyes because of their service. First time I drove up to the window, no one in front of me, no one come over the intercom. So I blow the horn some one day be with you in a minute. At this point it's going on 10 minutes another 10 because I'm timing it. So I drive to the window and a car leaves the window. Do I ask to place my order the girl at the window say I have to go back in line because someone else was at the window and could not take my order. So I left and haven't gone back until today. Grand kids here so I'll give them a chance. I give my order, can't understand the girl at the window I giver her 51 dollars she says it's 60.54 . So I give her a 20 that naked 71. She gives me back 4 . So I don't argue. I get home and realize they shorted me a large fry and large red beans. So I pack things up and head back there. Tell them what I was shorted. She say drive to the window. Hands me a bag with what I was shorted. I proceed to ask her what about the rest of my order because now it's getting cold. She ask you want fresh chicken and are you willing to wait 20 minutes. I think there not enough chicken for my order. They ask me to pull up. Then 2 cars pull and leave. So I go in say I want my money back. They argue. Asked for fresh chicken, I said I asked for hot chicken. It turned ugly. I left with no chicken and shorted money also. Raceland,La has the worst service and customer satisfaction will never go there again! They don't deserve any stars but that's the lowest I can go."

"I had a disappointing experience at Popeyes in Cleveland, Mississippi. The service was poor, and there were constant excuses for the issues I encountered. The manager and staff seemed unprofessional and uninformed. When I visited on February 25th at 4 PM, I was told that the spicy chicken was still frozen—which is surprising considering it's a busy chicken day, especially on a Sunday. Additionally, they were out of condiments like grape jelly and honey. I strongly advise staying away from the Cleveland Popeyes; it really needs some serious improvements."

"I ordered the family meal and paid to substitute the beasts for thighs. I ask the the cashier if she had substituted the breaststroke for thighs and she said yes with a smile. When I arrived home and opened the box there were wings, kegs and breaststroke. There were no thighs. I tried calling the store and the complaint office for 3 days but no answer. "The chicken is definitely a 5-star treat. It was hot, crispy, and juicy—absolutely delicious! I was pleasantly surprised when I opened my box to find two large pieces of chicken, a breast and a thigh, both coated in a thick, crispy batter. This is the Popeyes chicken I remember. Wow! They really nailed it! The French fries were also good, served hot and fresh. I'm not usually a fan of battered fries, but these were quite satisfactory. Just make sure to eat them right away, or they'll cool off by the time you get home. Now, about the red beans... where were the beans? The container was mostly filled with rice, leaving only a tiny amount of beans, which, although tasty, didn’t make for a proper side of red beans. It was quite disappointing. Overall, the chicken, which is the most important part, ranks among the best I've ever had from Popeyes—5 stars for the chicken, 1 star for the red beans, and 4 stars for the fries."
