"When I first started coming to this restaurant, everything was great. However, now that I’ve become a regular customer, the quality has significantly declined. I ordered my usual steak taco dinner, and when I got home, I found a long black hair in my food! To make matters worse, the steak was overcooked. I called the manager to discuss the issue, and while he offered a refund, I explained that my concern wasn’t about the money but rather ensuring that the new cook doesn’t continue making these mistakes. Every time I visit, my food either tastes strange, is too salty, or lacks flavor altogether. I’m beginning to wonder if they are purposely getting my order wrong. It’s odd that every time I call in, they ask for my name, and yet my food is consistently not made correctly. Additionally, the women at the payment counter often seem to have an attitude. In short, don’t be fooled by the positive reviews—exercise caution when dining here!"
