"Veselkas is a classic. I lived in nyc for a few years and had it one night and was instantly hooked, so had to go back on my recent visit. The pierogis a (I get boiled) are to DIE for. We also tried the egg creams, in chocolate and vanilla, which turned out to be soda water, milk, and a bit of either chocolate or vanilla. I had the raspberry lemonade and it was extremely fresh and delicious. The service is also fabulous. Expect the place to be quite crowded, so you'll likely face a wait of at least 10-15 minutes, maybe more. There is indoor and outdoor seating."
