"Our time at Elaine’s was too good to be true great rooms, cute boutique, great restaurant and bars but unfortunately the service is not on point. After a very expensive weekend, multiple outfits purchased, several dinners and breakfasts eaten and drinks served but ultimately one bad service interaction can really put you off from a place. We enjoyed stopping by the bar and getting a quick drink before our reservation or plans for the evening. We let our server know we would only be staying for a quick drink, she took our order shortly came back grabbed our menus and said while shaking her head at us “if you don’t order food you need to go order at the bar and sit over there” and then canceled our drink order. Disappointing that management will not address these problems and lets their staff treat paying customers poorly and rudely."
