"We were in Milwaukee for a convention and noticed that Pier 106 was the only seafood restaurant around so decided to give it a try. Its right on the Riverwalk so a great location especially for those who like to sit outside (we didn't). We had great service and our meal was very good. We enjoyed an appetizer of mussels & clams which had white sauce over them - sauce reminded me of New England clam chowder - very different than what we expected but delicious. I had the stuffed salmon as my entrée and my husband had the ahi tuna - both dishes were very good. I'd recommend Pier 106 to anyone visiting Milwaukee."

"Our dining experience was so memorable and the food was excellent! Georgie, our waitress was attentive, fun and engaging. At the beginning, they serve this amazing bread. I wish I could have brought more home with me. We ordered the meatballs and crab cakes for appetizers. Highly recommend! The ribeye received great reviews from our guests. My husband had the risotto with salmon. And I had the sea bass. The chef’s skills on presentation and ingredients were outstanding. We are planning another trip mid December and will plan to dine here again. The only downside was the street noise. We sat on the patio (gorgeous) but the sports cars racing near the restaurant made it difficult at times to hear our waiters or company."

"that was the second time I reserved a table here. the first time was great with the second visit. I reserved a table for 4:30 clock; it was a business meeting. at the arrival I was told that the kitchen was closed at 17 o'clock! that we had to get our order before. I never remember seeing these information when I reserved the table. When I was a few months before, it wasn't the case. I'm unreasonable, but how can they close a reservation for 4:30 and around 17? this did not allow us to have a few drinks and to speak before ordering and put a damper on our visit. Apart from that, the food and the service were very good again. a few more designs of craft beer selections would be nice, but no deal breaker."

"This is a return visit here. Food is excellent -and so many choices. We got a great round table and 5 friends came. We all ordered from the lunch PRE fixe, unbelievable value. Everyone ordered something different and really,really liked their selections. I got the shrimp fra Diablo w pasta; the shrimp prepared exactly as I requested (well done). We were not rushed and the decor looked so nice, perhaps it was renovated since last I was there. We had a totally enjoyable luncheon!"

"I received a gift certificate for Del 'Arte Restaurant in Orangeburg and after one visit, I plan to become a regular. Our party of 7 became 6 with Saturday night reservations. The large, open dining room was full and despite the number of diners, including children, the room was comfortable and we had no trouble hearing each other. The service was not rushed and the food was delivered promptly. We ordered a variety of appetizers and entrees and everything was fresh and generous. One complaint was that an appetizer promised with olives was rather small. Two diners ordered Zuppa di Pesce and were pleased with the large portions of well-cooked seafood. My veal was tender and delicious. One diner found their pasta dish to be underseasoned with too much butter and not enough walnuts. The waitress graciously replaced the dish without argument. Overall, a lovely restaurant with excellent service and skilled chefs that will definitely bring us back whenever we are craving good Italian food."

"Ok I promise one day Ill try something other then the fried chicken sandwiches its just that theyre pretty fricken good. I did try one with baked chicken today and it was just as delicious! The cole slaw in it isnt super mayo-y its tangy just not overdone with mayo, so I can pretend I'm eating healthy . Also- it doesnt taste like cabbage but lettuce not as crunchy . It says the pickles in the sandwich are sweet but theyre ... not. Not an issue, just a personal preference. The battered fried chicken is amazing too, nice little kick to them but not burn-your-mouth spicy. Ive tried the honey garlic can barely taste it , and the sweet and spicy- both times ot seems like there's very little sauce on them. If only the additional sauces weren't $2 extra I could adequately sauce my sandwich : srsly thats too much for a tiny cup o sauce . The fries are crunchy and when they deliver them they leave flaps open so nothing geta soggy a plus . They do seem a little expensive and I'm still trying to decide if $13 for a chicken sandwich and fries is worth it."

"I ordered a medium rare Filet Mignon, but it arrived well done. I waited for about 10 minutes before the waitress came over. When she finally noticed the steak, she realized it was cooked incorrectly. That wasn’t the worst part, though. My husband and I ordered a glass of wine with our dinner, and she said she would take care of it, which we appreciated. However, when the bill came, the steak was still charged, even after I told her not to make another one since it would be too late. When I asked her about the steak on the bill, she simply responded, “Well, I got you two glasses of wine.” How frustrating! I would never go back again!"

"I ordered the BBQ Pulled Pork Sandwich with fries, a Coke, and a chocolate chip cookie. The sandwich was loaded with griddled pulled pork, drizzled with their BBQ sauce, and topped with coleslaw. It was quite hefty, and I definitely needed a fork to clean up the bits that fell off! I was so full after finishing the sandwich that I could only tackle half of the fries, taking the rest to go along with my cookie. The atmosphere is very inviting, and the service is fast and made to order. Though there is limited seating, most orders are taken to go. The food is excellent, and I’ll definitely be back for more. I returned two days later and tried the smoked wings with a dry rub, which were then coated in either their regular or hot BBQ sauce (as seen in the photo). I managed to eat everything except for the roll because I simply had no more room. Thank you for yet another fantastic meal!"

"The air conditioning and burger were about the good thing here. The service is absolutely garbage!! When we closed out our tab, the waitress closed out the wrong tab and basically said there wasn't anything she could do since she swiped our card and that was the tab that came up. Instead of trying to fix it and apologizing, she made it seem like it was our fault and that there wasn't a way to correct her mistake. We finally convinced her to fix it but I will be watching my bank account to make sure that I wasn't charged twice. I don't recommend this place, patrons seem to be an inconvenience to the servers."
