"Came here while visiting NYC based on a recommendation from a friend. She said the pancakes and French toast were really good but unfortunately those items only come as a full serving and no other items. The place was extremely crowded but it took about 10-15 mins for a table, which was nice given the quote of 30 mins. The chai latte was amazing! I never add salt and pepper to my food but both my niece and I did on the hash browns. The biscuit was very thick and lacked flavor. The tomato jam taste like pizza sauce. The cheddar cheese on the eggs is good. Also enjoyed the sourdough. Staff were all friendly and helpful, although no one every checked to see how we were doing throughout other than an automated water refill. I wouldn’t discourage anyone from going but I likely won’t go back or recommended. They don’t seem to have a shortage of business anyway."

"Regrettably, we didn't have the opportunity to try the food. Our experience mirrored that of others. After confirming a reservation for a birthday celebration with out-of-town guests and battling traffic in Stone Oak, we arrived only to find a note on the door indicating that the restaurant was closed. It seems they only open when they have enough customers or when it suits them, as I noticed at least two other reviews mentioning similar experiences. It's a shame because the food looked appealing in the photos."

"Great place. Great atmosphere. Great food. The Fried Brussels Sprouts salad is a definite experience, we’ve been looking for a great Brussels Sprouts recipe since having them at a place in Boston and although they’re not the same recipe it was definitely an amazing dish. I had the Elk and my wife had the Red Snapper. Both great meals. Accompanied by great service. I would highly recommend this place for a great date night."
