"We’ve been loyal customers for years, but our experience today was disappointing. The service was terrible; we had to ask twice for our toast to be toasted, and it still came out cold. Despite the restaurant being over half empty, everything was slow. We paid $32 for a meal that was subpar. The cashier was friendly, but it seemed like he had just woken up and forgot to give us our baked goods, even after we asked about them twice. The only bright spot was the server who brought our food; they’ve been there for a long time and were great. Unfortunately, the kitchen staff fell short. Overall, this visit was very unsatisfactory."
