They refused to rectify a mistake with my order, and when I reached out, the so-called manager was incredibly rude. Many places today fail to recognize the significance of good customer service. Their handling of the situation was unprofessional, and it’s clear that their staff could benefit from training on how to effectively resolve issues. My family and I will not be returning.
