"I call this a "sleeper" spot because it hasn’t made it onto the radar yet, but it definitely deserves attention purely for its delicious flavors. The menu is straightforward, featuring classic ramen dishes alongside a unique ordering method. You choose your dishes using a dry erase marker on a laminated menu, and you can customize your soup and heat level.
Now, I must say, even though I’m not a fan of bok choy (even though I'm Asian), their bok choy was crispy, fresh, and downright tasty—I ended up eating all of it from my family’s bowls! I also tried a ramen I had never heard of called Ton Ton Ramen. It’s made with lumps of ground meat scattered in a rich peanut butter base sauce, served in a spicy broth with fresh, al dente noodles. It was incredibly good!
Our family was impressed, and they couldn’t stop eating their bowls either. Plus, the broth was remarkably clear and light. You know it’s a good sign when the kids finish their bowls! It was funny because I ordered my bowl with extra spice, while my wife chose a mild one, yet hers seemed spicier than mine! We took our curiosity to the chefs (an older couple in the kitchen, whom I didn’t catch names) and the lady explained that it was impossible due to the color of the broth, but she kindly offered to make me a different bowl to verify my theory.
