"It was my day to see a Ruby Tuesday location open. Most, if not all in Richmond, have VA closed. I ordered the salad bar, my favorite function of RT. They offered all the usual things except the most important: homemade pumpernickel croutons. Maybe it's just a VA thing, I'm not sure. Not having the crumbs was disappointing, but the food was good and I will return when in WVA again."
