"I want to start by saying that I absolutely loved the food here. It was perfectly seasoned and the steaks are cooked to the appropriate temp based on customer request (which is not always the case when ordering from other places). My biggest concern is the type of customers that choose to eat at this establishment. It's not the fault of management (or at least I hope not, anyway), but myself and other customers were made to feel very uncomfortable by several families that came in and were having loud and generally hateful conversations about anything and everything they could think of. It would have been less of an issue had they not been so loud that even people outside could hear it. To my knowledge, nothing was said to them to request that they at least quiet down. Despite the food being good and our server being amazing (even with what she likely has to deal with on a day to day basis), I will likely not be coming back. I also wouldn't suggest bringing children here if you don't want them to have to hear/witness the behavior/conversation of those that lack empathy, humility, and common courtesy towards others."
