"Even if you aren't a fan of chain restaurants, I encourage you to give Bravo a try. My last experience at Bravo was not good. Within a day of my first review, I received a message from their general manager. He seemed very committed to making sure he understood my issues and assured me he would address them. It impressed me so much that I knew I needed to give them a second chance. That second chance came yesterday. I happened to be in the area with my kids and figured it was as good a time as any. Service Our server was very friendly, patient and attentive. My kids are occasionally super difficult and he didn't miss a beat. He let me order spaghetti with the sauce on the side since kid #2 is ridiculous. That saved a massive fit and I appreciated it. The manager was on the floor and making the rounds. Twice he checked on us and every other table that was occupied. It was a complete and total change from my last visit. Food Bravo always did a good job with the food, but I may have found my favorite item on the menu. The ribeye was coated in some sort of balsamic glaze that was delicious. The steak was maybe slightly overlooked, but that glaze. Mmmmmm. Accompanying the steak was creamy polenta with balsamic glazed shallots and mushrooms. This could've been a meal all to itself. I'm a steak fanatic, but I think I liked this even more. The one oddity food wise was my side Caesar salad. It had tomatoes, but my oldest child's didn't. The waiter told me that's how the regular Caesar salad comes and offered to have them re-make it, but I declined. In hindsight I should've had them re-make it without the tomatoes. My fault. I'll gladly return to this Bravo and recommend you do too."

"Worst restaurant experience in my 30 years of being alive. Disappointed is not a strong enough word. For our group of 7 girls, we made a reservation weeks in advance to celebrate our friend’s bachelorette dinner. Upon arrival, our table was not set up when we were taken back to be seated, the hostess struggled to move tables around and chairs were falling over and she was not assisted by any of her coworkers to get our table set up or place setting established. We waited a good 20 minutes before a server came to get our drink order or even bring us bread to the table. A kind woman eventually came over to say she would be helping us and bringing waters and bread to the table. Once the waters came, another male server came to the table and rudely said he thought he was taking our table; note, this was the first time any of us even saw this man in the restaurant. In front of our whole table, the male server started to argue with the female about who had the table, and it was just a really awkward exchange. The male server continued to give us his name and tell us he was there if we needed anything. The female server was embarrassed and went to the manager to make sure she didn’t take another servers table. Afterwards, she told us the male server would be taking care of us. Even then, we had to wait longer for the male server to come back over to our table to take drink orders. A member from our group went to speak to the manager in private and explain how discouraged we were and how inappropriate the employees discussing who was to take the table were behaving. The manager, trying to make it right brought the bride of our group a glass of champagne, trying to make it right. Still without drinks, we as a group decided if the drinks weren’t good, we would be leaving. We waited extremely long just for our drinks. Keep in mind: the manager was busting his butt playing bartender, server, assisting in the kitchen and dealing with many unhappy customers. Since"

"we visited Bravo before, but that was our first time we visited the McKnight site. we have arrived from the host within a few minutes and our server welcomed us within seconds when we were sitting. I had not even set myself or removed my coat, and our server wanted our drink and appetizer. Of course we had no idea what we wanted so early. When I finally sat down, I felt that something had been pushed through the seat, just to discover a rusty screw that stood over through the kissing. at this point I was uneasy. When our server came back to the table, I pointed out quietly, and the solution was for me to just sit changing. do not remove the chair so that someone else would not be hurt. don't ask if I'm okay. don't send a manager. found that very strange. we continued to order our food that attracts a cocktail, an appetizer, a cupcake and cures for both of us. our food was well taken, and we knew that we wanted to take the majority of our food home with us, so we asked for container faster than most guests. our server had said: “No hurry, I bring them when you are ready.” well, we were ready, so we asked! the paper box for my garnelen scampi did not hold the sauce at all and ended through the carton box when we came home. we were too full for each dessert and just got our ruckus and went to summarize the visit, from beginning to end, it was definitiw my most about the eating experience I had. I hope that the staff can learn to identify security risks and rely on their management to better take account of the guests' concerns. we felt like we were an inconvenience for the work."

"This was an uncommonly mediocre experience and I want to emphasize that it was not the fault of the restaurant or its management. We were advised that there was a shortage of staff and that the kitchen was backed up. We arrived at 6:40 for a 7 p. m. reservation and were not seated until after 7:15. Our server did not approach the table until we had been seated for ten minutes. One of the managers or hosts brought us non-alcoholic beverages while we were waiting to be greeted by our server, which we appreciated. I thought it made sense to order our entrees at the time I ordered a cocktail, given the knowledge that the kitchen was behind. Unfortunately, we found that was no longer the case. Our entrees came out promptly, well before the cocktail (There should have been two bartenders on duty. There was only one and the tiny bar area was packed with customers). I was taken aback by another substantial price increase. A bowl of wedding soup is now $9.99, a bowl of seafood bisque $11.99. I know of no restaurant charging these prices for soup and many include soup or salad with entrees. Chicken parmesan is $23.99. A favorite neighborhood restaurant recently increased its prices, but only to $22 for a most generous chicken parmigiana portion, and the $22 includes soup or salad. Another favorite area Italian restaurant charges $19.95 for its ample portion of excellent chicken parmigiana, a price which includes two side dishes, including a choice of salads. The restaurant is busy for the holiday season, but if customers are value-conscious, I do not believe that will continue once the holidays are past."
