"Today was our second visit. It took a while to be seated, and we were not actually seated, a waitress motioned from the desk which booth we should sit at. She then brought menus and napkins, we ordered an appetizer then. We waited 40 minutes before she ever came back to take our order. Order was taken when she brought the app. We had no plates for the appetizer. It took another 40 minutes to get our food, which a different waitress brought. My stuffed shells were supposed to come with a salad, I never got that. The waitress came back and asked if we needed boxes...we had had our food for approximately 3 minutes.....I told her we really didnt know if we needed a box since we just started eating. The food is very good, which is unfortunate given the service is absolutely terrible. This waitress has clearly had absolutely NO training. Only one person can run the cash register, and again another wait for this, our ticket was never brought to the table. Were just exhausted and done by the time we left. It should not take nearly 2 hours to get lunch. No one asked how our experience was upon checking out....pack a snack if you plan to try this place....dont go hungry. Upside, the calzone is excellent..."
