"I've ordered to go from Kyu many times, and the food is always great. I highly recommend the Chashu fried rice, Beef Niku Udon and Chashu Ramen. The Chashu rice is just awesome, its on a level above regular pork fried rice. I'm not an expert, and I don't know which goes with what. But I can tell you that their broths are fantastic. Chicken Karage is also great after ordering it for the first time. I've had one, minor, not really a bad thing, experience, that turned into a highlight of my day. See below and picture. Story Time! 2 orders ago, a broth got missed, I wasn't sure if I missed it, I'm not an expert. I mentioned it on my next order, everything arrived perfectly. THE BEST PART I got a nice note written to me on the receipt! It made my day! Thank you Chef Harold!"

"Super disappointing. We came for Mother 's Day and were wishing we picked somewhere else to celebrate. We walked in and looked at the menu. When we came around the corner, there were 3 staff members there, all facing the tv watching a soccer game. Literally took them minutes to notice we were ready. When the girl finally turned around, she went straight to the resister and said, what do you want to order . No greeting, no smile, and acted like we were a burden to her day. She was cold and robotic. The benches and tables were dirty with sticky rice stuck to the benches. The food was average. The staff member who was watching the soccer game never acknowledged anyone. The other weird thing was that it was a ramen/poke bar but Mexican music was playing the whole time. Just seemed like they cared more about themselves than their customers. Definitely not worth the 30 min drive or our money."
