"Simple, to the earth, and pleasantly little breakfast place. Positive comments: The prices are lower than the market average, cookies and Gravy have a homemade taste, their bacon is VERY GOOD. I think I know where it comes from, and this stuff is thick, good in its fat (yes, bacon) and good natural taste. Country fried steak is average. All menu items are cooked to order. The kitchen is open to guests for a more cozy feeling. Owners are very friendly and take time to talk with new and regular guests. Neutral notes: This is a Christian restaurant. They are open to their religious values, but do not come as a pressing or force any kind of agenda or community on you. I enjoy the atmosphere of the restaurant, and I have no religious references. I have seen several regular sitting together on the same table and added to a very common feeling. Comments on the possibilities: Service is not super fast. It is a small place, but more young people than not, the person that your order is also likely your chef, runner, server, buses and cashier. I don't recommend coming if you're in a hurry. The soft drink service is inconsistent. I ate here about six times and soda was flat and crisp. I guess they're using a soda system connected to smaller CO2 tanks. Overall, I think this is a big hidden gem. Food quality is stronger than Blueberry Hill or Pancake Cabana. Service is not fast, and it feels like a small operation. However, prices are good, environment is very friendly, and they really aim to make you feel at home."
