"We decided to try 28 Springs while in town visiting our son at JBU, and it was fantastic! The atmosphere was really cool, the staff was professional, knowledgeable, and charming, and the food was absolutely delicious! This place is a gem in Siloam Springs, comparable to some of our favorite restaurants in larger cities!"

"We had a big group. We had a reservation, although everyone at the front seemed confused and unaware about that when we arrived and we waited about minutes to be seated. It wasn’t a big deal since we had some of party delayed. The server seemed super rushed and overwhelmed, with not much patience. We had some questions about the wine, and he seemed irritated and said he didn’t really have time for helping with it. The food and atmosphere was good. I had the salmon and we all shared the brussel sprouts which we’re delicious, along with the mussels, and crab cakes. I wouldn’t return with a group, but might try again with a friend or two"

"This was undoubtedly one of the most exciting experiences I've had at a hibachi grill. The sushi was excellent, and the food was fantastic overall. The atmosphere was great, the restaurant was spotless, and the staff was so much fun to interact with. The fish tank was a beautiful sight—I regret not taking a picture because I was completely immersed in the moment. Overall, this has been the best experience I've had all year."

"I absolutely adore this restaurant! It ranks among the best, if not the very best, Mexican spots in Florence. Their salsa is superb—perfectly seasoned and flavorful without being overly chunky. I’m a big fan of their bean dip, which features a layer of beans underneath creamy queso, and they always serve it with fresh tortilla chips. As a picky eater, I appreciate that whenever I ask for substitutions or modifications to my order, they always get it right. Even when the place is packed and there’s a wait, the staff remains friendly and welcoming. I’ve tried a wide variety of dishes here, and every single one has been delicious!"

"We arrived at the restaurant around 3:30 p.m. on a Friday afternoon and sat outside under the sun umbrellas. It was a delightful experience. It took a bit of time for someone to take our drink order, but eventually the employees appeared. The restaurant is dog-friendly, especially when the dogs are outside. A guitarist performed until 5 p.m. and did a fantastic job singing and playing. The restaurant has three levels inside, some of which are open to the outside, and there are restrooms on each floor. They offer small food options like pizza and boneless wings, as well as BBQ sandwiches from a food truck. We left before the next band started playing, as it was too loud for us. Overall, it was a great place to enjoy drinks and food with friends and we will definitely return."
