"My daughter ordered a Strawberry Milk Tea with Strawberry popping pearls and lychee jellies, while I opted for Iced Vietnamese Coffee for myself and my son. Both drinks were delicious. The pork and vegetable spring rolls were crispy, fresh, and flavorful, complemented by a homemade duck sauce. I also got two small pork buns for my kids, who devoured them before I even had a chance to try them, which speaks volumes about how tasty they were. Additionally, I ordered a few BBQ Pork Bahn Mi sandwiches without jalapeños, which were just perfect, featuring fresh shredded carrots, cucumber, cilantro, and pork. I toasted them at home and added Sriracha to mine. We truly enjoy supporting small businesses like this one and will definitely be back.
Although the logo is impressive, I found out from the person who took my order that Bubble Shack is actually a small family-run business, not a franchise. I hope they can extend their hours soon, as closing at 5 PM seems to miss out on the dinner rush, possibly due to staffing challenges. Lastly, I almost forgot to mention their interesting selection of canned beverages like lychee, coconut, sugar cane, and various coffee drinks. I picked up three lychee drinks, as they are my favorite."
