"I went and had a great experience so of course I went back a few days later, horrible choice. I had to repeat my order 4 times and she kept saying it back wrong. I had specifically asked for a plastic lid several times. When my order was called it had the wrong lid. They seemed annoyed that I wanted it fixed. Instead of remake or putting into new cup they spend the next few minutes trying to get the seal off of the cup.
