"When we order from Mike's, we typically receive high-quality food. On this occasion, my daughter had trouble deciding what she wanted to order, so I handed her my phone and credit card to make the purchase. Being only 12 years old, she didn't quite grasp the concept of tipping and left just a $4 tip, which is less than what I usually tip (given my background in food service). Unfortunately, her fries seemed soggy and her calzone appeared burnt. Additionally, the delivery was over 20 minutes late, making me hope that the subpar food quality wasn't a reaction to the small tip left by my daughter."
