"This restaurant is a must-visit whether you're traveling along the Highway 10 corridor or not. It's been a beloved part of my life since childhood, and I'm looking forward to the renovations that will take place once the daughter takes over the family business. Of course, those renovations won't happen until after summer, as this is the busiest season for the Copper Lantern. Everything on the menu is delicious, but you absolutely cannot miss the pecan caramel rolls! Be sure to grab one to go; it's large enough to share and trust me, you won't regret it!
