"I always order the same thing, so now when they see my phone number, they just ask how many sandwiches I need. They already know exactly what I want: a BLT on toasted whole wheat with extra mayonnaise. Customer service like that is rare these days, and it really adds to the experience. Both ladies always greet me with a smile and ask how I’m doing. If I haven’t ordered in a while, they check in with me to see if everything is okay or if I’ve been on vacation. Their kindness is truly heartwarming.
I enjoy supporting a small business like Karin's instead of a large corporate chain that relies on pre-packaged food or low-quality ingredients, where employees don’t seem to care and just throw something together. Karin's is the complete opposite. The food is always excellent, the ladies are wonderful, and the prices are very reasonable!"
