"They never get the order right when you order online. And THEN when they get the order wrong, they give you a hard time about it, especially Madison. They will literally open your sandwich and pull up your receipt to show you that they weren’t wrong, when they were. And then you have to pull up your order on your phone just to show them that you ordered it the way you wanted it so they will remake it. It’s crazy."
