"Our family gathered here for lunch, and we had two kids with us. There were also other families with children in the restaurant. The view of the OB Pier and the ocean is fantastic. We sat upstairs, where there are both indoor tables and outdoor seating that overlooks Newport Avenue and the ocean. I ordered two tacos, which were very substantial. The shrimp appetizer was more than enough for our group of seven! This place gets really busy on weekends, so I recommend visiting during the day on a weekday instead."

"A seemingly simple old Roadside restaurant right outside Sacramento on the way to the Sugar Mill Wine Tasting Rooms and/or Bogle Vineyard in Clarksburg should be added to your trip! My wife and I were there three times and it's getting better. It has probably been for decades and has been kept secret by the locals. Well, the secret must be out because it was always busy... even for a weekday dinner... which I definitely recommend on your way for some wine tasting(s)! The menu is not complicated, but on different flavors. The service is great even though it was the time we were. The wine list is not extensive, but has the local wine you might be looking for. It is definitely not the new chic restaurant that you often see nowadays. The decor is a throw back to the days when the meal and service was what was important."

"I felt deceived during my visit to this restaurant. I saw a sign advertising a $7.00 burrito and decided to order it along with rice, beans, and a drink. However, when it came time to pay, the waiter informed me that my total was $16.00. Feeling rushed and frustrated, I paid the bill without questioning it. In the end, I realized I had paid $9.00 for just the side items. I was upset with myself for not addressing the issue, but decided I would not be returning to this establishment and would share my experience with others. It was a disappointing and frustrating experience to feel cheated."

"**Update 4/4/2012:** I just came back, and once again, the food was fantastic—definitely give the cherry burger a try. However, we were a little let down by the sarcastic demeanor of our waitress. She seemed to think she was being humorous, but when we expressed that we were ready to order and paused for just a moment, she said, "You want to fill me in?" There were a few other similar remarks as well. While some people might find that kind of attitude entertaining in a restaurant, we do not."
