"Popped in for late lunch. Right away noticed how clean fresh everything is, from the front to the server area, and even the restroom(s). Since I was cutting it close before afternoon closing (2:30), I had called ahead and my order was ready for dine-in. Simple for me today: lunch special, 3 rolls (California, tuna salmon). Simple turned out to be SPECIAL--because everything was so delicious, so perfect in it's own little way. The fish itself was very fresh and just the right temperature. But it doesn't end there. My Japan-born raised wife always says that no matter how good the fish is, if the rice isn't right... And that's so true here: each bite so delicious, full of flavor texture And not to be overlooked: the miso soup--subtle, wonderful, fulfilling. My tummy is very happy today. I'll be back!"
