"A reservation was for 730 and we were not seated until 745. Our waiter came over and immediately seem to have a bad attitude. We ordered two pastors and a chicken. Our waiter never wrote anything down and proceeded to bring the incorrect chicken dish when he brought the meals 20 minutes later. When we told him that he brought the incorrect chicken dish he was not apologetic he simply asked if we wanted the meals all together or if he should leave the pasta dishes? When we told him that we wanted all of the meals together with that he took the pasta dishes back. Still not apologizing. Finally brought all of the meals after another 20 minutes and the chicken was so dry you could barely eat it. We sent it back and still no big apology. I finally spoke with a manager and he apologized but again wasn’t overly apologetic. At the end of the meal they did bring a couple of complimentary desserts. Obviously they didn’t charge for the chicken dish since it wasn’t eaten. That def didn’t make up for the choppy service or bad food. The entire situation could have been handled differently and would have changed our experience."

"First of all let me say it is not the same since it is under new management and ownership. I literally spent thousands of dollars on cakes over the years at the original sweet boutique and I was never turned down on a last minute birthday cake for someone or a shower cake because I think having cake makes a celebration better and they always had dessert cakes they could transform and always would even if I needed it the same day. I absolutely loved them love the service and loved the cake. Last year on my son's birthday I spent twice what I had spent just sixpence before on a cake that was even bigger than the one I was buying. It was so expensive that I nearly canceled my order but ended up going ahead and ordering it just to have them messed the order up they finally gave me some free cupcakes which really didn't do much because it was more of the way I was treated. Today I called To order a last-minute birthday cake and was told they had too many wholesale orders to make a dessert cake with no decoration. I'm very sad to say I will not call them next time for any reason."
