"Unprofessional service. I placed an order two weeks in advance for a pick-up at 11 am, but when I arrived at noon, I was told to come back in an hour. The least the staff could have done was give me a call to let me know about the delay. It was clear they didn't care that their tardiness caused an inconvenience. A professional establishment would have at least offered a discount or some extra treats, or shown genuine remorse for the situation. Unfortunately, that wasn't the case here. On top of that, the packaging was subpar as well. They really need to improve!"
