"I recently visited a Thai restaurant in Addison that served some of the best Thai food I've had, including my favorite dish, drunken noodles. Unfortunately, this restaurant has closed due to the pandemic. I decided to try a new Thai place, but it didn't quite meet my expectations. I ordered my usual dish with shrimp and a coconut shrimp appetizer. The coconut shrimp was the highlight of the meal, but the drunken noodles didn't have the traditional Thai flavors I was hoping for. I also detected pineapple in the dish, which was unusual and unexpected. The portion size seemed more like a lunch special than a full dinner. Despite this, the coconut shrimp and the sweet and sour sauce were delicious, with a good balance of flavors. Overall, while the meal was disappointing, I will continue my search for a place that serves the perfect drunken noodles."
