"I have had better experiences at Brio in the past, but this time the first server, Deonie (I may have misspelled her name), was terrible. She forgot to bring out silverware, served us cold tea/coffee, rushed us to place our order, and had a bad attitude. After multiple complaints to management, we got a new server, Jose, who was amazing. He was pleasant, helpful, and even gave us a free dessert. I would give Jose a perfect score. Deonie, on the other hand, needs significant training and improvement in her attitude towards customers. I will be writing to corporate about my experience.
