"I’ve been trying to place an order for pickup online. Their website doesn’t work, so I call to see if I can place the order over the phone. The manager tells me there’s nothing they can do, they won’t take my order over the phone even if I pay in advance because they’re concerned I won’t show up. I’m not sure why they won’t accommodate their customers at all (even when it’s their website that is broken) but it demonstrates their outlook on customers and their lack of appreciation for business.
