"This place lacks consistency with food preparation, meaning that the same plate will vary slightly or a lot. Sometimes it tastes super fresh and delicious whilst on other occasions food seems to be prepared differently. Happened with the tabbouleh, gyros, fries, salads, and bowls. The rice is always under or overcooked I desisted from ordering. We have food intolerances, so we always order the tzatziki or anything with lactose on the side on all orders to avoid confusion and mistakes but even then they make mistakes. When ordering, staff doesn't seem knowledgeable and rarely answer our questions regarding ingredients or menu, especially when ordering by phone. They make us wait, start mumbling, and directly ask for orders ignoring our questions. Please train your staff well, people like consistency, and staff with good professional social skills.
