"It is a shame to have such poor service with such great food and WONDERFUL Margaritas. My server, came right up within a minute of me being seated. I had just gotten out of my coat and winter gear and he ask me for a drink. I ordered a Margarita 18oz and then he asked me what I want to eat. I said I need a minute. That turned into 11 minutes. Food came out he asked how I was doing, but as he kept walking not even stoping to hear my answer or request for another Margarita. I saw him much later with a check. He asked if I needed change, said okay to me, and I never saw him again. In disbelief I gathered my things and walked toward the door where there stood two employees and the manager and no one asked how my meal was and no one said Thank You or come again. Again it is such a shame to have a poor staff with such googd food. After reading the history of the founder I am sure he is turning over in his grave."
