"This review is not about the food, the ambiance or the service. This review is strictly about the parking lot and the management of the space. Considering the parking lot shares the same address and property ownership, I believe the restaurant is privy to the abuse the parking lot management company to its customers. I paid the $3.80 for parking, but apparently overstayed the meter. Perhaps I was enjoying my evening at the restaurant which I will no longer visit. The management company of the parking lot billed me $75.00 or a reduced fee of $38.00 for an overtime meter, if I pay in the next 30 days. That is more than 10 times the 1 hour rate. Disgraceful, Despicable and enough to make my meal vomit from my mouth. Good Bye Gringos. Goodbye Mark Richman Properties, LLC. property owner and goodbye to all of your other tenants. South Miami shall not miss your businesses as you don 't respect the customers. If you can bill me with a camera on an in and out, you could send me a bill for the overtime charge, too! The Gringos name alone should have been a warning to me about how you and your landlord Mark Richman properties respect people. Your actions with your parking lot company are the icing on the cake to clearly indicate that your customers are not a concern."
