"Upon entering the restaurant, we noticed that the waitress did not provide us with menus, and there were no postings to help us decide what to order. After we placed our order for water, our waitress stepped outside, returned, took a phone call, and we had to remind her that we were still waiting before we finally received our drinks. This place has potential to be great but definitely needs some improvement, starting with ensuring that menus are always given to new customers as they are seated."
