"So disappointed! For starters I pre-ordered my pizza (16” thin crust Italian sausage and a thin crust 12” cheese). I arrived about 35 minutes later. After waiting 30 minutes at the table I asked the waitress how long the pizza would be and stated that we had pre-ordered over an hour ago. She went back to ask and stated that it had about 8 minutes left. About 20 minutes later the pizza was on the table.
