"The bus boy was so nice and apologetic but definitely needs support during the dinner rush. Sushi chefs were also bombarded. I guess the way this restaurant works is that the customer has to remember their own order and then recite it back after the meal (I had no warning). I could not recall my exact order so the head waitress was very rude and dismissive and “accidentally” over charged me $15, (the bus boy did correct it). Printer was out of ink/broken so hopefully you don’t need to provide a legible receipt for expense purposes. Dear owners, I prefer to support the local businesses when I travel but I was disappointed. The “all you can eat” idea is lovely but I suggest having the resources needed to support the marketing and maybe a viable option for the patrons that only want one or two rolls max."
