"Good food! The faux meat options, such as the vegan tuna, taste nothing like the meat versions. The vegan tuna was excellent, but was more like a chunky hummus. The counterstaff are disorganized and you’re not sure if they got your order correct as they don’t look you in the eyes, acknowledge what you’re saying or repeat your order. I waited 20 mins for a smoothie to find out they forgot it. The Monkey smoothie was so thick, it was difficult to drink through a straw and a bit gritty and chunky. I imagine that was not on purpose, but a lack of attention by staff. So: food generally excellent, staff “eh.” Updated from previous review on 2018-11-11"
