"This was my 2nd time and I loved it even more. I took the whole family with me for my sister-in-law's birthday. We had the pizza that was out of this world, great crust. Gnocchi, ravioli ... everything is so fresh and delicious. John, the owner, is a real gentleman and knows how to take care of his customers and the server we had that evening. I never felt rushed and could just enjoy the atmosphere and great food. I highly recommend this restaurant. We look forward to a reunion."

"I ordered a mixed meat platter with chicken and pork. The chicken had three different colors - pinkish, grayish green, and yellow, which did not look or smell appetizing to me, so I decided not to eat it. The sauces were overly sweet and the cornbread tasted more like cake due to its extreme sweetness. In the past, I have ordered steak, which was flavorful but had a lot of chewy sinew. On the other hand, the pulled pork was decent when mixed with some vinegar, but the unpleasant experience with the multicolored chicken has put me off for good. I do not want to risk my health by eating potentially spoiled food."

"I don’t know where to start. Me and my husband made reservations here for our 1 year anniversary. I did lots of research of the place and wanted to go somewhere special. Upon walking in we weren’t sure if we were in the right spot. There was no hostess station. Staff walked right by us numerous times as if we were invisible. We literally had to go find someone next door at the hotel desk to help us. We were showed to the host. I sd I had a reservation for outside dining. It was raining so they did have some empty seats where others were sitting under the large umbrellas. The host said no you go indoors. I was absolutely so mad but I smiled. She took us to what looked like a back room. It was HORRIBLE! It looked like it should’ve been the employee break room. It was so bad. I wanted to get up and leave but we said we’d make the best of it. It took forever for the waiter to take our order. We started off ordering drinks. He brought my husband drink but not mines. I figured the bar was still making it. We ordered nachos. He set a plate in front of us with only chicken and cheese on it. We asked the waiter doesnt this come with guacamole and sour cream etc? I said I was sure I saw other items included on the menu. He said oh yes and brought it in cups which was fine. I said soooo I ordered a drink and never received it and he literally said “oh you wanted to order it?” Uh that was the entire point of me giving you my drink order. I was so over it. Our experience was so bad from start to finish. The spared no expense for the decor outside but if you have to be seated inside just go elsewhere. It’s almost like you’re in a basement. No music. You’re just sitting there. I wish we had of went elsewhere."

"I am visiting this spot for the first time as I wanted to watch the North Carolina vs Duke final four basketball game. This place is real down-to-earth and a very relaxing environment. The value for money is also very good. My server was Jackie and she was attentive during the entire game, including always filling up my water. Most wait staff skip on that as there is not money on it, but she always did without me asking. Great place and will come back if I am in the area."

"Went there briefly to hangout with friends the bartender by the name of Max he was great took care of us, not sure of the name of a waitress there all I know she’s wears glasses but was very rude! Next thing we know we are being kicked out for whatever reason this unhappy waitress told the manager to top it off the manager didn’t even once come question what happened. Manager lacks communication skills at least with the people that go spend money there."

"We went here twice and had a great experience both times on our trip. The bartender introduced the owner to us and we discussed how we had both had a fire in our restaurants in the past. It is an experience I don't wish upon my worst enemy but was great to see we had both had come out bigger and better than ever. His genuine kindness and hospitality was amazing... he even gave us tickets to the ball game! THE BEST seats I have ever seen! We were treated like royalty and felt so fortunate to meet him that day!We had food and many drinks here and everything was great. Awesome sports bar atmosphere with many games and even ax throwing! The service from the bartenders were great both times we went and we felt at home away from home.I sat in front of the kitchen door the second time and let me tell you! As a restaurant owner I would be very proud to show off how CLEAN that kitchen looked from where I was sitting! If we make it back up to Minnesota, we will definitely be visiting again! Thank you!!"

"Terrible service. ordered a Sicilian pizza over the phone without any problems. The girl on the phone even said it back to us and told us it would be ready in 20 minutes. We'll pick them up and tell us we never ordered them. We order again and wait in the car as we have to wait again. She comes out a few minutes later and says they don't have Sicilian pizzas anymore and our first order, but for a regular pizza. So unprofessional and unprofessional. If my friend wasn't so hungry, we would have gone. Never recommend this place because of its bad service."

"I recently ordered from Joey's Restaurant through DoorDash, and I have to say it was an outstanding experience. The food arrived well-packaged, and my Dasher, Jemal, was exactly on time. The Japanese gyozas, steak, and sushi were all exceptional, full of flavor and cooked flawlessly. To make things even better, the desserts included delicious donuts and a delectable cheesecake. Overall, the entire delivery was truly impressive. I highly recommend both Joey's Restaurant and Jemal as a Dasher. I will definitely be ordering from them again in the future."

"The service was top-notch; our server was very attentive and kept our coffee cups full, never letting them get close to empty. The only reason I'm giving it four stars instead of five is because they don’t accept credit cards. This essentially shifts the transaction fees onto the customer since they have an ATM on-site that charges a fee. Or you could go find an ATM elsewhere and incur a fee there. I really don’t appreciate that, as I believe credit card processing should be just part of doing business these days. That said, I will definitely be returning because I thoroughly enjoyed the food, the friendly service, and the overall vibe of the restaurant."

"Found on google while passing through the area and decided to go 20 minutes out of the way to give them a try. First I will say the location and atmosphere is very nice. The restaurant and bar are large and accommodating and the outdoor area is very nice as well. Hard to beat a waterfront restaurant. The service was also a positive point as our waitress was friendly, prompt and attentive. Then came the negative. We ordered pretzel bites and fried pickle chips to start. The pickle chips were very good. The pretzel bites were disappointing as they were just the cheaper bagged pretzel nuggets you find anywhere and for 13 the portion was small. I get food cost percentages and all but that was just sad. The club sandwich was also disappointing as the lunch meat was cheap and slimy and the fries were soggy. My wife’s wrap wasn’t too bad and the kids meals, while cheap and low grade, did satisfy the kids. I understand times are tough but up the quality...even if you have to charge a few more. I’d have gladly paid 2- 3 more per plate if the quality was there but it just wasn’t."

"I love the Still!!!!!! Becky Masler and her bartender Jacqui along with her entire staff command the upmost respect and loyalty for their impecable service. The Still catered my daughter’s wedding to her beautiful wife. Both My daughter Yari, and her wife Kazi were treated with dignity respect, love. The Still went beyond our expectations as far as decorating and catering the food. From making our guest feel welcomed and comfortable no matter their sexual preference. If I had to do it all over again I would pick The Still again. It’s sad to read how some individuals will take their own destain of themselves and try to tarnish the reputation of such a loving, unprejudiced professional and just down to earth establishment and staff to get a rise.
