"The food at Yum Berry Cafe Sushi is always delicious. My only complaint is the timing, as the dishes aren’t served together or in a timely manner. Aside from that, I highly recommend this place. One extra tip: if you want to try the sushi pizza—which is very popular and for good reason—be sure to order it in advance since it takes 15 to 20 minutes to prepare."

"Was a great experience for us! We met family for lunch to celebrate our son's 9th birthday. Our children love Japanese cuisine. We had a great table and service. Everyone loved the food if we hadn't been with my parents we probably would have ordered more! But we were able to linger and even bring in a small cake for our birthday boy! Our waiter was very kind and patient with us. We had a wonderful experience! Thank you Haruki! Parking: Easy parking love that! Kid-friendliness: Yes! "My sole, but vehement, negative review is that we had ordered a substantial portion of our meal to go; we ate the portion we meant to eat there and then left, forgetting the portion packaged as to go As soon as I was out of the restaurant, I realized that I'd left the to go bit on the table, so I went immediately back and was there within four minutes of our leaving the table--and they had, they said, trashed the to go packages. I find it inconceivable that they didn't even keep it five minutes--not to mention ten or fifteen--thinking that of course the buyer would realize their error and return immediately. Their callous and dismissive attitude just added to the negative experience."

"Tried their dine-in and observed a very good practice for COVID prevention with alcohol cleaning, hand gel and distancing. Great hospitality and great food too! My salad and Udon with tempura presented nicely and were both delish! I got chicken teriyaki bento to-go. It was a big portion and tasted very good too. I plan to visit again and try other dishes!"

"I just discovered this hidden gem! The beef pho is absolutely incredible—richly flavorful with a perfect balance of sweetness and tanginess in the broth. Their crab rangoon is among the best I've ever had, paired wonderfully with sweet and sour sauce. Don't miss out on the Vietnamese coffee for an extra boost of energy. The server, who might be the owner, was incredibly kind and friendly, even taking the time to explain how to reheat the pho at home since I was taking it to go. I’ll definitely be returning to this restaurant soon!"

"anwesen garten und grill restaurant lic on Saturday evening, 23 september 2017, we met our brother at 19:15 o'clock, after our reservation of 9/16/17 and confirmation of 9/22/17. we wanted to treat her for birthday. we said there was a high time somewhere in the building and that no food could be served until 20:30. there would be sushi. we explained that we had reservations, were never contacted about the reservations that were not honored and that were missing from dinner. we said that we had traveled an hour with the train, had walked half a mile and were seniors. No one really took care, especially the manager behind the bar. the personal was not helpful when looking for another restaurant, also the other restaurant in the building/hotel. we searched online, took a taxi to vernon blvd. and found a place to eat. we will never return to this glimpse for a restaurant. dbs and rig"

"My friend suggested we try Sono Bana after debating where to have our dinner reunion. It was my first visit, and it turned out to be a memorable experience. The waitstaff was incredibly respectful and attentive. I ordered the sushi set, which included a seaweed salad, two rolls, and seven pieces of sushi/sashimi, while my friends chose the dinner box special. The sushi was very fresh, and the presentation was excellent. The only downside was the limited parking, but overall, it’s a fantastic spot for sushi. I’ll definitely be returning—next time, with the guys, of course!"

"I see the ratings and perhaps there is a reason for it. I just can’t agree. If there was a way of having zero stars, I would give that. For $45 I ordered two chicken Caesar salad which perhaps combined, had 2 ounces of chicken between them. The croutons, made of Wonder bread were stale and cold. I ordered a hamburger with sweet potato fries that he clearly been in the open for at least 45 minutes to an hour. Stone cold and soggy and wet. Oh. The side order, five dollars, of sweet potato fries weren’t included. For this, I am fortunate as they were just horrendous.This is an honest assessment"

"I went to Sushi by K for lunch as it’s been my favorite local spot. While there I asked our extremely professional and friendly waitress about placing a large order for the Friday following (6 days notice) it was a Teriyaki dinner and Sushi for 25 people! She did not hesitate to work with me on this, coordinated with the chef and manager within minutes and had the final price and confirmation for me before lunch was over.On the following Friday we picked up the order and we were actually blown away by how perfect everything was. Everything was prepared perfectly, warmed, boxed and organized perfectly! The party was a complete success!!!This is THE BEST Japanese restaurant in Toronto as far as I’m concerned!You have 25 very loyal customers now!"
